Custom Fabricated Lead Products
- Fabricated and shipped special radiation lead bricks manufactured with pure lead. Sold to United States Military Academy in West Point, NY for a Physics and Nuclear experiment.
- Fabricated and shipped 1.75″ diameter lead gutter outlets. Sold to a home owner renovating their estate in Hopedale, MA
- Fabricated and shipped special lead weights. Sold to a company that specializes in trade shows; this customer required lead to be fabricated to custom specifications and sizes.
- Fabricated and shipped lead per AMS-7721. This special 6% minimum lead alloy was produced in extremely thin sizes, which is not typical for AMS-7721. The thickness was less than 1mm thick, and was shipped to an international trading in New York, with a final destination of Indonesia.
- Nuclead received an order of a large lot of CNC Fabricated items per customer specifications, using pure lead sheet. These items will be used as radiation shielding in the medical industry.
- Fabricated and shipped pure lead micro wire, sizes 1/32″, 1/16″ and 1/8″. Sold to an industrial chemical company in Baytown, TX
- Fabricated and shipped lead racing weights for an automobile racing team in Waltham, MA
- Fabricated and shipped 1″ diameter pure lead wire, machined to customer specifications for lead counter-balance weights. The company is a Turbine manufacture in Houston, TX
- Fabricated and shipped a lead shield with 2mm thick, self-adhesive lead shielding. These are to shield log scanning equipment for the Idaho Forest Dept.
- Fabricated and shipped various scuba diving weights for an aquatic team in Clearwater, FL
- Fabricated and shipped, 11/16″ lead weathercaps. Sold to a general contractor doing a restoration project in State College, PA
- Fabricated and shipped, 1.50″ lead weathercaps. Sold to a general contractor doing a restoration project in New Rochelle, NY
- Fabricated and shipped 2,000# of pure virgin caulking lead. Sold to an engine manufacturer in Woodridge, IL
- Fabricated and shipped bullet Alloy 20-1. Sold to an ammunition manufacturer in Lamar, MO
- Fabricated and shipped a 6″ diameter pure lead sphere or Ball for aggregate processing company in Cedar Rapids, IA

- Picked and shipped from in stock inventory. Pure lead pipe, used for shielding of underground high voltage electric cables in New York City.
