This week Nuclead shipped several orders for Lead roof flashing. Lead flashing is used at intersections and roof edges such as valley flashing, chimney flashing, and roof penetrations to prevent leaks.
As Lead flashing is soft and easy to bend to shape, lead roof flashing can handle movement between different roof components and remain durable and weather resistant.

- Nuclead sawed and shipped from in stock inventory, special thick and oversized lead flashing, this was sold to a general contractor in Freehold, NJ
- We fabricated and shipped per customer specifications, Special cut lead flashing for custom window designs; to a window manufacturer in Pittsburgh, PA
Nuclead also shipped several other items this week including:
- Nuclead fabricated and shipped pure caulking lead to a commercial engine manufacturer in Vienna, IL. Used as a gasket material, for mining equipment.
- We fabricated and shipped special 1.75mm lead sheeting to a metal distributor in Poughkeepsie, NY
- Nuclead also extruded lead t-caps for shipment to a general contractor in Woodside, NY
- Nuclead fabricated and shipped per customer blue print specification, Lead Counterweight assembly. This was sent to a security and imaging company in Woburn, MA
- We picked and shipped lead sheeting to a metal fabricator in Berlin CT, for in stock inventory and to be used in its own value added services.
