Custom Fabricated Lead Products
- Fabricate sophisticated blue print item per customer specifications using certified in stock AMS-7721 sheeting. Cnc machined on lot for an aerospace item sold to a government sub-contractor in Ontario Canada.
- Fabricate and ship 1″ lead weathercap, T-caps. Sold to a general contractor in Washington, DC for a restoration project on historical government buildings.
- Extrude and ship; 1″ wide weathercap lead t-caps. Sold to a general contractor in New Jersey for a restoration project.
- Extruded and shipped; 11/16″ wide lead weathercap t-caps. Sold to a general contractor in New England for a restoration project.
- Extrude and ship: Lead weathercap t-caps; sold to a general contractor that specializes in restoration. This is a large project in New Jersey and will have at least three releases.
- Cut 1/64″ lead foil to customer specification for their production punch die operation. Tolerance of + / – .003″ for the thickness must be maintained. Shipped to the customer plant in St. Louis, MN.
- CNC machine 1/2″ thick x 2.25″ dia., lead washers per customer specifications & tolerances. Sold to a military supply chain store in Maryland.
- Fabricate and ship #4 Hardware Babbitt: Sold to a bearing OEM in Arizona.
- Fabricate and ship 1″ lead weathercap, T-caps. Sold to a general contractor in Washington, DC for a restoration project on historical government buildings.
- Extrude and ship; 1″ wide weathercap lead t-caps. Sold to a general contractor in New Jersey for a restoration project.
- Extruded and shipped; 11/16″ wide lead weathercap t-caps. Sold to a general contractor in New England for a restoration project.
- Extrude and ship: Lead weathercap t-caps; sold to a general contractor that specializes in restoration. This is a large project in New Jersey and will have at least three releases.
- Cut per customer specifications: 3/32″ Lead shielding…sold to a machine shop in Maine for its own value added services.
- Cut per customer specifications: .020″ Lead shielding…sold to a stamping shop in Minnesota for its own value added services.
- Fabricate and ship large order of Nuclead brand Puritan Virgin caulking lead; Sold to an engine manufacturer in Illinois.
- Extrude and ship: 1.25″ solid lead round bar stock. Sold to an Electronics OEM in Austin, TX. They will be used as counterweights in there fabrication process.
- Fabricate and ship: “Nuclead” Brand, Cast Square edges Lead Brick: 2″ x 4″ x 8″; Sold to an institution of higher learning for a physics experiment.

- Pick and ship from in stock inventory: 1/64″ lead sheeting. Sold to an artist in New York City for sculpture design work.
- Pick and ship from inventory: Steel rod: 1215 CF BAR ASTM A108; sold to a stamping house that fabricates custom coins in New Jersey
- Pick and ship from in stock inventory: Pure lead wool per federal specification QQ-C-40. Sold to a general contractor using the materials as lead caulking when doing flashing into chimneys. The lead wool is tapped into place that forms a water proof joint.
- Pick and ship from in stock inventory: Pure lead wool per federal specification QQ-C-40. Sold to a municipality in Wisconsin. They will be using the lead wool to seal underground sewage pipes.
