Custom Fabricated Lead Products
- Fabricate and ship special, 5″ diameter lead weights. Sold to a marina in Appleton, WI used as ship ballast.
- Fabricate and ship 7,000 lbs. of lead foil tape. Sold to an Oil and Drilling company using this product in the country of Iraq. The foil will be used as pipe thread babbitt to prevent gas leakage on the oil rigs.
- Fabricate and ship 1″ lead weathercap, T-caps. Sold to a general contractor in Washington, DC for a restoration project on historical government buildings.
- Fabricate and ship Solder: 30Sn/70Pb Extruded bar; lead solder. Meter Bar: 1lb. per stick; Approx. 1/2″dia. x 12″. Sold to a residential PayPal order directly on the Nuclead web-site.
- Fabricate >= 99.99% pure lead sheeting; sold to an electronics plating house that needs the purest of materials for their process.
- Fabricate and ship 2.38″ diameter x 18″ long round lead bar stock; sold to a wholesaler for re-sale in Alabama.
- CNC machine micro lead washers: These miniature lead washers were fabricated per customer specifications: .030″ thick x .305″ diameter OD x .187″ diameter ID. The small washers are used in a power plant for undisclosed purposes.
- Fabricate and ship “Nuclead” Brand, Cast Square edges Lead Brick: 2″ x 4″ x 8″; sold to a marina in Rhode Island for ship ballast.
- Fabricate and ship: Per customer specifications & blueprints, Lead shielding laminated to Stainless Steel radiation shielding X-ray tunnels. Sold to various customers that use x-rays, for scanning items for security purposes.
- Fabricate and ship pure lead wire spools: Sold to a whole seller in California.
- Fabricate and ship special solder alloy; sold to an electronic OEM in California. The alloy is Sn10 / WS (No silver) / Pb Balance. .190″ dia. solder wire, supplied on 25 pound spools.
- Fabricate and ship 1.25″ diameter 6% antimony lead round bar stock. This item was extruded and sold to a machine shop in Alabama for its own value added services.
- Fabricate and ship .020″ lead foil. Sold to a gasket stamping company in Minnesota making gaskets with extremely tight tolerance on thicknesses. Nuclead was able to provide the materials holding +/-.0005″ of on inch on the thickness.
- Fabricate and ship virgin pure caulking lead. Sold Nuclead Puritan brand caulking lead to a diesel engine OEM in Illinois for use in their fabrication process.
- Fabricate and ship 3,000# of 5/16″ diameter lead wire. Cut & packaged to customer specifications, and sold to a medical equipment manufacturer in Pennsylvania. the lead wire is used for its flexible and heavy properties.
- Saw and ship 1mm lead radiation shielding which was sold to a Radiation therapy facility in New York.
- Extrude 1/2″ diameter pure lead wire. Sold to a machine shop in New York for its own value added services. This repeat customer buys on an annual basis & has increase Quantities every year.
- Extrude 1″ lead weathercap t-caps and sold to a general contractor in Virginia for a restoration project. They are using the t-caps as stone flashing.
- Saw and ship for in stock inventory; .020″ thick lead foil sheeting. These sheets will be used as gasket materials and run through the customer punch press production lines.
