Major General Contractor places an order for specialized lead flashing:
Cambridge, Mass., 12/01/11 – Nuclead Co. Inc., a leader in shielding technology, lead material and flashing, fabrication and services, announced today the receipt of an order by a Major East Coast General Contractor. The lead flashing is fabricated per blue prints provided by the customer; and the items were specially designed in a 3 dimensional manner. They will be used in a restoration project, so tolerances are extremely critical.
All of the Nuclead Co. Inc. items for the project will be delivered in one release by the end of the calendar year. “These items close tolerances are specially machined. With our sophisticated Cad-Cam, CNC centers, QC equipment and Proprietary production control system; along with our experienced craftsmen; The General Contractor has elected to continue using us to fabricate many projects over the years," said Dennis M. Raymondo, Nuclead Co. Inc.’s Chief Operations Manager. “Nuclead has been providing these types of products to this particular customer since 2009. We believe we are most capable of providing a quality product on budget and delivering them on time…all the time,” he said.
