Security & Defense OEM places multi-release contract; for an order of lead alloyed counterweight items:
Cambridge, MA February 10, 2016 – Nuclead Co. Inc., a leader in shielding technology, lead material, fabrication and services, announced today the receipt of a multi-release order by an OEM of night vision goggles. “Nuclead’s specialized alloys & extrusion process makes our product the correct choice for this customer” said Dennis M. Raymondo, Nuclead Co. Inc.’s Chief Operations Manager. “Nuclead will fabricate per customer blueprints and specifications to extremely tight weighted tolerances; then powder coat the finished items. End buyers are the US Military and worldwide police departments. Theses counterweights are used to balance night vision goggles on the operators’ head, to keep them straight during night operations,” he said.
All of the Nuclead Co. Inc. items for the project will be delivered in multi-releases into the end of this fiscal quarter.
