Fabricated Lead Products
- Nuclead to fabricate lead assembly using Nuclead inventory of ¼” thick lead plates. Manufacture lead to an approximate 15”x18” lead vaults, to minimize back scatter, Sold and shipped to the New York Air National Guard.
- Nuclead to CNC Mill lead radiation shielding using AMS-7721 Antimony Lead plate: 0.044 – 0.048″ x 6.420″ – 6.405″ OD. Sold and delivered to a machine shop in Connecticut for lead assembly of unknown purposes.
- Nuclead to fabricate lead assembly of: Lead Collimator Containment Sources, to customers written specifications and blueprints. Collimators (beam limiting devices) are used in linear accelerators used for radiotherapy treatments. The lead helps to shape the beam of radiation emerging from the machine and can limit the maximum field size of a beam. Delivered to the University of New Hampshire via Nuclead Trucking.
- Cast and sell lead diving weights to a Spearfishing company in Florida. Nuclead fabricated hundreds of pounds of scuba weights for this order and keeps tons of materials in stock for quick deliveries.
- Lead Extrusions: Weather-T- Caps: 1.50″ wide x 13/16″ joint depth x 25# (Ref: Approx.; Three 7′ long lengths); “Type A” = Flat cap. Sold and delivered to a restoration company in Pennsylvania, which is a long term, repeat customer of Nuclead’.
- Extrude lead using lead Alloy of 3% Antimony/97% Lead into Lead Wire: 1/16″ dia. x 25lb spools. Nuclead produced and sold this lead alloy to a lead distributor in Kentucky for resale.
- Extruded Lead wire: 3/32″ dia. x 25 lb. spools: Sold to a distributor in North Carolina for Resale.
- Nuclead to lead fabricate and pick and ship 1.75″ Lead Outlets @ 40 PCs. /carton. Sold to a Lead Building Materials wholesaler for resale across the country.

- Sell 1.50″ Lead Goosenecks. To a local contractor. This company was working on a restoration project and required Nuclead’s lead products to complete the project.
- Cut Lead Glass: Provided for customer prep &/or assembly. 18.00″ x 18.00″ x 8.5-9.5mm x 5/64″Le x 150kv. Delivered to a contractor in South Carolina for x-ray shielding for a hospital in their local city.
- Pick and ship Nuclead Brand, 1.50″ Lead Outlets @ 50 PCs. /carton. Sold to a regional hardware distributor for re-sale to nation hardware and building supply stores.
- Cut Lead foil: 0.005″ x 12.00″ x 60.00″. Ship order to an automotive manufacturer in Washington, for lead components used in the dash boards of commercial motor vehicles
