Fabricated Lead Products
- Cut Lead sheet and roll: 1/8″ x 24.00″ x 36.00″. Nuclead shipped this urgent order to SpaceX in Texas for an overnight order and delivery of the same. Space Exploration Technologies Corp., t/a SpaceX, is an American aerospace manufacturer and space transportation services company headquartered in Hawthorne, California. It was founded in 2002 with the goal of reducing space transportation costs to enable the colonization of Mars. Nuclead discussed future business relations after the order was shipped with its diverse expertise including full manufactured assemblies using; lead; non-ferrous metals; aerospace alloys; beryllium; and SADM – alloy which are required in the aerospace industry.
- Fabricate Special Custom Lead Items: Lead foil: 0.010″ (+/- 0.0005″) x 12.00″ x 50# per UNS L51121: All Rolls manufactured and certified from the same lot number per QQ-L-201 and ASTM-B29. Sold to a government sub-contractor that will use the Nuclead foil as radiation shielding in satellites to protect equipment.
- Lead pour, “Nuclead” Brand, Cast Square edges Lead Brick: 2.00″ x 4.00″ x 8.00″. Sold to a photo sensor laboratory for radiation protection.
- Fabricate Lead castings of Cast Lead Elevator Weight: 1.75″ x 6.25″ x 27.75″ with two, 1.00″ diameter holes, per customer supplied blueprints. Sold to an elevator company in New York for maintenance of a Bronx high rise.

- Saw Lead sheeting per, Grade C per QQ-L-201f, 5/64″ x 12.00″ x 12.00″. Sold to BAE Systems. BAE Systems is a British multinational defense, security, and aerospace company. Its headquarters are in London and Farnborough in the United Kingdom with operations worldwide. Nuclead also contacted percurrent management to discuss future business relationship with Nuclead’s diversified capabilities including full manufactured assemblies and individual components using; lead, non-ferrous metals, aerospace alloys, beryllium, and SADM – alloy which are required in the aerospace industry.
- Lead Pour custom Cast Lead brick: 1.00″ x 9.00″ x 15.00″ (Ref: 55# each); sold to an aviation repair hanger in Tennessee that needed the custom lead weights for aircraft ballast of private jets.
- Lead Cast Plate: Cast Lead Round: 15.25″ dia., x 2.875 id x 1.50″ thick. Sold to a machine shop in Louisiana for their own value-added services.
- Lead Extrusions: Weather-T- Caps: 1.00″ wide x 11/16″ joint depth x 25# (Ref: 40′) spool(s). Min buy: 25#; “Type A” = Flat cap. Shipped to a trade union in Ohio for distribution to contractors using the materials for a union bid construction job.
- Fabricate Lead Soundproofing sheet: 0.020″ x 48.00″ x 240.00″; Re-roll mill fabricated product onto one solid fiber core. Delivered to a firm in New York that produces special lead soundproofing components for government subcontractors in watercraft and aircraft.
- Fabricate and sold Lead doors: Wood – Natural Birch, Flush/slab, no panels, 1/16″ Lead (Laminated thickness: approx. 1.75” thick. x 32.00″ x 80.00″. Delivered to a construction company in New Jersey for installation in a medical facilities x-ray room.
- Fabricate Lead foil: 0.006″ x 15.00″ x 50# coils. Sold to an auto manufacturer that uses the lead foil for their manufacturing processes.
From Inventory
- Sell Nuclead 1.50″ Lead Gutter Outlets to a contractor in New England for a restoration project.
- Pick from Nuclead large in-stock inventory and ship Lead Wool per QQ-C-40: Request 5# bundles for this customer. Delivered to Airbus in New Zealand for propellor manufacturing. Airbus is a European multinational aerospace corporation. As of 2019, Airbus is the world’s largest airliner manufacturer and took the most airliner orders, but still uses Nuclead’s lead wool for smaller prop aircraft manufacturing.
- Pick Lead Wool per QQ-C-40: Ship to a re-sealer in North Carolina for re-sale to a plumbing contractor that uses the Nuclead lead wool as lead caulking of waist pipes.
- Pick and ship 2″ Lead Gutter Outlets @ 30 PCs. /carton. Sold to a national hardware distributor for resale.
- Pick and ship a small order of Lead Wool per QQ-C-40. This order was dispatched to an exporter in Florida for export to an Australian manufacturing facility.
- Pick and ship thousands of pounds of Pure lead Pig ingots, approx. 40#-70# ingots (approx. size: 3.00″ x 3.00″ x 18.00″, loaf shape). Sold and delivered to a general contractor of construction in Illinois, for crane ballast at one of their larger construction sites. Using 60 lb. lead weights they can add or remove the Nuclead lead ingots as needed.
- Lead extrusion 3% Antimony/Lead Wire: 1/16″ dia. x 25lb spools; Sold and delivered to a government resale in Kentucky. Delivered to an electronic conglomerate Johnson Controls, that uses the Nuclead custom alloyed wire for electronic component manufacturing.
- Pick and ship Re-claimed Lead shot/balls: For Re-loading, Ballast, Re-melting, or Misc. weight/Ballast: Misc. sizes & grades. Sold to large event company that required lead ballast for trade show booths.
- Lead Extrusions: Weather-T- Caps: 1/2″ wide x 7/16″ joint depth x 25# (Ref: 75′) spool(s). Min buy: 25#; “Type A” = Flat cap, Delivered to masonry company in Massachusetts for a lead wall restoration project in Concord, MA.
