Fabricated Lead Products
- Fabricate 2″ Lead Gutter Outlets @ 30 PCs. /Carton. Deliver to a local hardware store distributor for resale across USA and Canada. Nuclead fabricates these lead tubing products to general contractors needs and specifications.
- Fabricate lead products for sale. Special non-stock items. Lead foil: 0.005″ (+/- 0.0005″) x 12.00″ x 50# per UNS L51121. All rolls were fabricated and certified with the same lot numbers. Nuclead fabricated these lead components for a US government sub-contractor as lead lined shielding.
- Cast lead metal per prints provided with customer request for quotation (“RFQ”). 3-D program and fabricate lead molds to cast the lead products within dimensions (+/-0.032″) all over. Fabricated a cooled system to maintain temperature and tolerances. Nuclead delivers lead products to a marina in California which was referral from other marina customer in the area.
- Cast pure lead for an order of Pure Caulking Lead: Five count of Virgin 5# ingots. Provided Nuclead’s brand of puritan virgin caulking lead which is 99.99% pure lead. Sold to a mining OEM in the Mid-west for lead gaskets in desire engines.
- Lead Glass: Provided for customer preparation and assembly. 12.00″ x 12.00″ x 7-8mm x 1/16″Le x 150kv shipped to a glass company in North Carolina for installation in a medical facilities x-ray department. The lead items are used as x-ray shielding to protect people and equipment from radiation rays.
- Cast Square edges, Pure Lead Brick: 1.00″ x 4.00″ x 8.00″. the lead materials were delivered less than truckload (LTL) to a laboratory in Pennsylvania to be used as radiology research.
- Cast Square edges, 4% antimony Lead Brick: 1.00″ x 4.00″ x 8.00″. The antimony lead products were delivered to a Florida medical facility for x-ray shielding.
- Cut and deliver three drop shipments to a Florida based medical device company. Nuclead sold Lead Glass: Provided for customer preparation and assembly. 24.00″ x 36.00″ x 3.3mm (1/8”) Le x 17mm thick: 200 kV: LX Laminated, 7mm+9mm. the lead radiation protection was shipped via LTL to the three sites.
- Lead Cast tons of special Lead ballast weight per prints provided by the customer. Nuclead produced lead counterbalances all with dimensions are (+/-1/32″) for an oceanographic institute. These special lead devises will stay at 180° to the horizon as they move on the ocean floor, collecting samples for laboratory testing. This referred customer dose all sample collection and testing using their own equipment, personnel, and facilities. Nuclead shipped the lead products last week to their west-coast marina.
From Inventory
- Lead Extrusions: Weather-T- Caps: 1.00″ wide x 11/16″ joint depth x 40′ spools. Type B” = Corner cove cap. Extrude and pack this lead product for sale and deliver to a structural and repair firm in Ohio.
- Pick and ship Lead Wool per QQ-C-40. Delivered to a contracting supplier in Massachusetts for re-sale to roofing contractors. The lead wool will be uses as joint sealant on brick chimneys to adhere lead flashing with a waterproof seal.
- Lead Extrusions: Weather-T- Caps: 1.00″ wide x 11/16″ joint depth x 25# spools. “Type A” = Flat cap. Sold and delivered to a restoration company in New Jersey.
- Pick for a local will call Stock-Scrap Lead chips, dross, solids, reclaimed shot &/or shavings; For miscellaneous Weight, Ballast or Re-melting: Various sizes & grades.
- Cut special Lead flashing: 3/32″ x 16.00″ x 120.00″ for a wood mill in the mid-west. This regular customer uses the special lead items for their mill operations.
- Cut Lead sheet: 1/16″ x 12.00″ x 192.00″. this lead metal item was cut and delivered to an electrical contractor. The contractor in New Jersey needed custom lead shielding for a contract North Carolina with a one-day delivery.
- Cut Lead sheet 1/4″ x 3.00″ x 3.00″. These lead sheeting items are going to be used as lead shims for a customer granite company’s installation. These lead items for sale were delivered to a company in Ohio.
