Lead Casting for Custom Lead Bricks and other Lead Products
Nuclead is expert in lead alloy pours and has extensive inventory of lead, aluminum, and other metals suitable for casting projects. These can include Lead Bricks, Lead elevator weights, radiation shielding, and Lead weights
Nuclead offers Lead Bricks and other Lead castings in any size or shape per customer specifications. Lead pours of up to 100,000 lbs. in either pure Lead or Lead Alloy to your blueprint or CAD file.
Nuclead can manufacture interlocking Lead Bricks, designed for high energy radiation shielding. Also Lead castings for nuclear storage casks, keels for ship ballast, special counterweights and other applications.

Lead fabrication, “Nuclead” Brand, Cast Square edges Lead Brick: 2.00″ x 4.00″ x 8.00″. Sold to a National Laboratory in Illinois for their radiation department. The Nuclead lead products will be used for radiation protection.
Lead pour, “Nuclead” Brand, Cast Square edges Lead Brick: 2.00″ x 4.00″ x 8.00″. Sold to a photo sensor laboratory for radiation protection.
Lead Cast “Nuclead” Brand, Cast Square edges Lead Brick: 2.00″ x 4.00″ x 8.00″. sold to a Diagnostic Solutions Center in Ohio for lead x-ray shielding blocks.
- Fabricate lead molds and cast Pure Lead into multiple cavity molds, per customer written specifications. Nuclead poured and delivered 3 tons of custom lead weight and sold to a major production company in New York for an Emerson University show in Boston. Nuclead was awarded the order for its ability to deliver the products quickly to the theater for opening night festivities.
- Fabricate custom Lead brick: 1.75″ x 2.03″ x 4.44″ and sell to Sandford University for custom lead weights. To fit into a specific sized cavity.
- Fabricate special lead mold and Lead Cast Brick:3.00″ x 3.25″ x 16.00″ with various holes and feature per customer blueprints. Sold to an elevator weight company in New Mexico.
- Fabricate lead molds and lead elevator weights per customer specifications. the lead sold was delivered to a company that is an American company that develops, manufactures, and markets elevators, escalators, moving walkways, and related equipment. The lead weights were preparing and delivered to a government facility for them to assemble the lead as required.
- Pour “Nuclead” Brand, Cast Square edges Lead Brick: 2.00″ x 4.00″ x 8.00″. Sold to a Scientific Equipment supplier in New England for nuclear instrumentation protection.
- Fabricate custom lead molds and provide lead smelting of 3% Antimony Lead. Sold to a machine shop in Tennessee for their own value-added services.
- Cast Lead Elevator Weight: 0.75″ x 8.00″ x 35.625″ with (2) 1.25″ diameter holes and (2) 1.00″ Slots. Part to be painted Gray or Black to protect. Sold to a national elevator company for lead counterweights for elevator lifts in Florida.
- Cast Square edges, Lead Brick: 2.00″ x 4.00″ x 8.00″. Pour lead weight for a US Navy Contract and ship to their sub-contractor in California.
- Lead Pour custom Cast Lead brick: 1.00″ x 9.00″ x 15.00″ (Ref: 55# each); sold to an aviation repair hanger in Tennessee that needed the custom lead weights for aircraft ballast of private jets.
