The Lead Sleeves and Lead pipe will be used in applications that include electromechanical shielding, radiation shielding, drainage, and ship ballast.

Here are some of our Lead sleeves and Lead pipe shipments

  • Extrude Lead pipe: 2.00″ id x 0.073″ wall x 13.00″ lg. sold to a company in Salt Lake City that specializes in machine design and manufacturing. The lead pipe will be used to shield against complex electro-mechanical systems.
  • Extrude Lead pipe: 3.25″ id x 1/8″ wall x 36.00″ lg. Sold and delivered to a University in Calgary Canada for radiation shielding during experiments in their laboratory.
  • Extrude and ship Lead pipe: 3.25″ id x 1/8″ wall x 36.00″ lg. to a Canadian Laboratory that required a tunnel for radiation shielding during experiments.
  • Extruded Special Lead pipe: 2.00″ id x 1/4″ wall x 61.00″ lg. this unique lead stock is bent to 10” radius x 90 degrees for a general contractor in North Carolina. The lead tubing will be installing through a 6” concrete wall on-site for special roof drainage.
  • Extrude Lead Pipe: 2.00″ ID x 0.100″ wall x 14.00″ length. Sold lead products to a research lab at a Canadian university in Saskatchewan.
  • Sell Extruded Lead pipe:1.00″ id x 1/4″ wall x 96.00″ lg. to a technology firm in New England. The Lead for sale is as radiation protection during experiments that produce radiation. The Lead shielding will protect equipment and personnel during operations.
  • Ship extruded Lead Pipe: 3.50″ id x 3/16″ wall x 20.00″ lg. and seamless Lead Sleeves 2.50″ id x 3/16″ wall x 20.00″ lg. these custom lead tubing products were delivered to a government sub-contractors third party buyer in California. The lead tubing items will be used as radiation shielding in a research and industry environment.
  • Ship Lead pipe/sleeve: 3.50″ id x 3/16″ wall x 20.00″ lg. to a wholesaler in California. The wholesale lead extruded products will be for re-sale to their customers.
  • Lead extrusion: Pure Lead Seamless Sleeve; per ASTM-B-29: 5.50″ diameter ID x 7/32″ / 3/16″ wall x 26.00″ long. Sold to an energy company in New England for Radiation shielding.
  • Pick and deliver Lead Pipe: 2.00″ diameter ID x 24.00″ long to a local marina that uses the lead sleeves as ballast in tight corners of vessels
  • Fabricate and ship Split lead sleeves per customer specifications. These items will be used by a customer that fabricates radiation door hardware and locks. The split sleeves are used on the lock sets to prevent radiation leakage.
  • Fabricate special lead products of lead pipe/sleeves: 3.50″ id x 3/16″ wall x 20.00″ lg. Sold lead to a distributor in California for re-sale.
  • Fabricate and ship; Lead pipe/sleeve 3.50″ id x 3/16″ wall x 20″ long. Sold to a distributor in California for re-sale.
  • Pick and saw Lead pipe: 1.25″ id x 1/8″ wall x 30.00″ lg. Sold Stanford University in California for radiation shielding in their research department
  • Extrude Lead pipe: 1.00″ id x 1/4″ wall x 60.00″ and sold to a manufacturing machine shop in Pennsylvania of their own value-added service
  • Lead extrusions Lead pipe: 1.625″ od x 1/4″ wall x 48.00″ lg. Extrude and ship to a laboratory in Delaware that will use the Nuclead lead items as radiations shielding during their testing process.
  • Extrude Lead pipe: 4.50″ id x 1/8″ wall x 22″ lg. Sold 2,000 lbs. to a mass transit authority that uses the Nuclead lead fabricated pipe for electrical cable shielding.
  • Nuclead to provide Lead Extrusion of Lead pipe: 1.625″ od x 1/4″ wall x 48.00″ lg. Sold to a Motor Water Vessel in Delaware, for repair of its plumbing drainage.
  • Lead Extrusion Lead pipe: 0.75″ id x 1/8″ wall x 72.00″ lg. sold and delivered to a water treatment facility in Pennsylvania for testing lab.
