Because lead is very soft and ductile, it is often melted with other metals to create lead alloys with specific required properties, commonly with Antimony, Tin, Arsenic, Bismuth, Copper, and Zinc
Lead antimony alloys provide additional hardness to the lead and are often used in storage battery grids, lead sheet and pipe castings. Antimony contents of lead-antimony alloys can range from 0.5 to 25%, but they are usually 2 to 5%
AMS-7721 is a standard lead alloy that historically included 93% Pb – 6.5% Sb – 0.50% Sn.

- Fabricate by lead extrusion: 3% Antimony / 97% Lead wire: Round lead anodes. Sold to a metal finishing company in New England for its plating tanks.
- Saw to customer specifications and deliver, Non-returnable/ Non-cancel able item: AMS-7721 Antimony Lead plate: 1.38″ x 12.50″ x 14.00″; Sold to a government distribution company in California for re-sale to the US government.
- Saw and forward: Lead 6% antimony: 0.800″ x 2.50″ x 6.25″; Sold to a machine shop in New England for unknown value-added intent.
- Saw and ship Lead round 6% antimony: 1.50″ dia. x 60.00″ lg. Sold to a machine shop in California for unknown value-added services.
- Pick and ship dozens of Lead 6% antimony: 1/8″ x 12.00″ x 12.00″. this is raw material for our customers own value-added services.
- Deliver AMS-7721 Antimony Lead plate: 0.125″ x 12.00″ x 38.00″. Sold to an aviation supplier in New Mexico for re-sale to a government contractor.
- Cut to customer specifications and ship. Custom lead items: AMS-7721: 6% Antimony Lead plate: 0.079″ x 36.00″ x 48.00″. Shipped to a machine shop in California for their own value-added services.
- Pick and ship Special Non-cancel-able lead item: Lead radiation shielding per AMS-7721: 6% Antimony Lead plate: 0.079″ x 36.00″ x 48.00″. sold to a manufacture in California for it owns value added service.
- Fabricate and ship Virgin Zinc: Grade A “Zn”, Bar: 1.03″ dia. x 16.00″ long & supply Virgin Antimony: Grade A “Sb”. Sold to an Automobile Electronics OEM using Nuclead materials for their solder and production processes.
- Fabricate and ship per customer supplied blueprints, using AMS-7721 Antimony Lead plate: .080″ x 48.25″ x 48.25”. Sold and ship to a Canadian Aerospace sub-contractor for its own lead assembly items.
- Fabricate and ship per customer supplied blueprints, using AMS-7721 Antimony Lead plate: .080″ x 48.25″ x 48.25”. Sold and ship to a Canadian Aerospace sub-contractor for its own lead assembly items.
- Fabricate and ship per customer written blueprint specifications; one lot of a repeat item sold to a Canadian defense sub-contractor. These tight tolerance CNC machined items are fabricated with AMS-7721 Antimony Lead plate, 0.080″ thick.
- Fabricate and ship lead products per customer supplied blueprints; these machined items of Antimony lead – AMS-7721 – materials are a regular repeat order for this defense sub-contractor in Ontario, Canada
